I embarked on my commercial journey in 1996 within our family business, where I gained my initial industry experience. Guided by the expertise and vision acquired during this period, I established Yurteks Textile—the flagship of our group—in 2002, restructuring our operations under a unified corporate framework.

Yurteks Textile, forming the main axis of our group’s activities, specializes in the trade of yarn and textile raw materials. Since its inception, our company has positioned itself as a reliable solution partner in the textile industry, driven by its robust global supply network, deep sector experience, and commitment to sustainable quality.

This journey, which began with Yurteks Textile, has evolved over time through strategic investments into a powerful, multi-sector group structure. Today, in addition to our leadership in the textile sector, our group companies operate in critical service sectors such as tourism, food, retail, construction, and hospitality. Our group structure and subsidiaries, shaped by our stable growth strategy, are structured as follows:

• Yurteks Tekstil (2002): Supply and trade of yarn and textile raw materials (Parent Company)
• MGG – Malatya Girişim Grubu (2004): Shopping mall, hotel, and luxury residence project investments (Shareholder)
• Mom Turizm (2008): Food and tourism management activities
• Akyur Gıda (2014): Industrial and retail food management
• Onbir Perakende (2016): Retail operations with a chain of 35 stores in the underwear sector
• Rota Otelcilik (2018): 5-star hotel investment and management with 190 rooms located in Istanbul Güneşli
• Yur Yapı (2022): Construction, project management, and real estate development

Our group companies, for which I currently serve as Chairman of the Board, continue to provide added value to the national economy with investments across diverse sectors and a workforce of nearly 500 qualified personnel.
